As an Implementation Consultant, you will be an integral part of the Client Success team working directly with providers to implement their solution.  You should have a passion for detail with a love of making sure our clients are set up for success.  You will be responsible for new client implementations and existing client system upgrades.   Want to collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Product teams?   Want to share lessons learned from our clients to improve Patientco?  Does that sound like you? KEY SKILLS TO ENSURE YOUR SUCCESS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Engineering required
  •  1-3+ years of Healthcare IT or SaaS Implementation experience
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • SaaS software experience preferred
  • SQL experience preferred
  • Problem solver with proven ability to take in information and identify root cause
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Ability to work on competing priorities while ensuring all timelines are met with highest levels of client focus
  • Resourceful in developing alternative solutions and meeting objectives in a real time, fast paced environment
  • Excels working in a team environment
  • Demonstrated presentation and public speaking skills are required
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and attention to accuracy
  • Strong work ethic and team player
  • A sense of humor

KEY THINGS YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:

  • Assuming both leadership and/or supporting role on projects and work without direct supervision, interfacing with our customers IT and Revenue Cycle Leaders
  • Work with customers to develop a comprehensive project plan with resource requirements and assignments
  • Proactive in identifying risks to successful project completion and recommending mitigation solutions
  • Develop and present comprehensive project documentation and results
  • Plan for and execute on regular project status meetings both internally and with the customer stakeholders 
  • Identify and recommend areas for system improvements
  • Develop and document methodologies and best practices
  • Collaborate with Client Success team members to develop stronger understanding of client needs and measures of implementation success
  • Conduct technical evaluations of all client files and data transmission between Patientco and the Client’s HMS/PMS system
  • Write and review development tickets as part of Client Success Team to ensure tickets are technically sound
  • Evaluate all development tickets for implementations and client work for completeness
  • Continuously work with key internal teams, including Engineering and Product to develop and maintain an understanding of how the technology works, including new feature releases
