At Patientco, Product Managers build innovative billing and payments products for our healthcare customers. In this role, you'll be responsible for guiding the product direction of our data team which includes building both performance dashboards for our buyers and data tools for internal stakeholders that allows them to better manage our business. You'll work most closely with our engineering team, but interact with all departments, including sales/marketing, client success, operations and finance.

  • You care deeply about how our clients understand the effectiveness of our platform in their organization
  • You consider yourself data-curious and want to share data insights with our clients
  • You can define future product state from strategy to roadmap
  • You have the ability to listen to what customers value, communicate that to engineers and stakeholders, and focus on building tools that impact our users
  • You do whatever it takes to make your product and team successful, whether that means writing a QA plan or hunting down the root cause of a bug
  • You can run pilot programs to drive fast decisions
  • You are an expert on the competition
  • You are technical enough to ask engineers good questions about things like architecture and data models
  • You can work with Finance, Sales, Marketing and others cross collaboratively to develop positioning, pricing, and go to market activities
  • You take on accountability for metrics of success for the products including staying on time and on budget


  • You have a technical and relevant background - this includes a Computer Science, Engineering, Technology or Math degree
  • You understand and have excelled using the agile development process
  • You have experience building web-based products with real-world usage
  • You have successfully launched products from inception to growth
  • You have at least five years of experience as a product manager or product owner
  • You have a strong knowledge of statistics and experimental design
