The Account Manager is responsible for the overall value and long-term success of Patientco’s customers. Our Account Managers require a consultative approach that brings proactive strategic planning, issue resolution and thoughtful customer communication.

As an Account Manager you are an integral part of the team working directly with our customers.  You should have a love of building trust, problem solving and being the frontline interaction with health system leaders because you will be responsible for being an expert on the Patientco solutions to engage clients as full adopters and innovation partners.

KEY SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in managing large enterprise client relationships
  • Bachelor’s degree or Graduate degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or equivalent experience
  • Healthcare and/or Revenue Cycle Management experience required
  • Experience working with a C-suite
  • In-depth knowledge of reporting relationships and hierarchies within healthcare systems
  • Experience working with cross functional teams to achieve common goals
  • Ability to get things moving and keep them moving with collaboration
  • Understanding of healthcare industry trends and how that impacts our clients
  • Demonstrated track record of developing, forming, and maintaining relationships with in customers at all levels
  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects across multiple teams
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Quickly learn and integrate new technical skills and knowledge; seeks out avenues to enhance technical knowledge
  • Strong problem identification and analytical skills including the ability to synthesize key findings into a clear story
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially the ability to succinctly describe issues and solutions
  • Use rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
  • Responds and relates well to people in all positions; is seen as a team player and is cooperative
  • Demonstrated presentation/public speaking skills to senior leadership of clients required

PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivate relationships with client executives, building credibility and trust
  • Develop, execute and maintain customer engagement plan that aligns to long term engagement strategy
  • Identify and drive growth opportunities best aligned with client’s needs
  • Identify & engage right stakeholder in new account opportunities
  • Speak Patientco’s value and provide thought leadership on how we help customers meet their goals
  • Drive collaboration between internal and client teams to achieve milestones
  • Assume both leadership and/or supporting role on projects and work without direct supervision, interfacing with leaders
  • Proactive in identifying risks, recommending solutions for their customers
  • Have regular communication cadence with clients, including quarterly business updates with leadership teams
  • Leverage our data analysis tools to disseminate key data and identify performance trends
  • Ensure any customer facing KPI’s or commitments are achieved
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of customer's business process and needs to enable long term success
  • Manage escalated issues to resolution
