As the Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the financial operations, business performance analysis, reporting and forecasting at Patientco.  You should have a passion for driving company success by working across the business and leading strategic analysis.  You will be modeling and analyzing for business operations and for capital investments and strategic project.  This position is impacting the organization by high quality data in a fast paced environment.   • Assist with month-end accounting and client billing process
  • Collect, manipulate and analyze data to support business analysis and models
  • Assist with critical and complex analysis, providing detailed business explanations behind variance against forecast for Income statement, balance sheet and cash flows.
  • Apply an analytical approach through metrics to improve processes, track key performance indicators and provide analysis to support business decisions
  • Improve visibility and usability of our existing data
  • Support the internal contract management and contract documentation for price


  • Developing, preparing and presenting specialized reports, profitability analysis, pricing analysis, complex financial models and other ad- hoc projects
  • Collaborating across the business understand variances and key indicators for success
  • Analyzing current and past trends in key performance metrics including all areas of revenue, cost of goods, expenses and capital expenditures
  • Collecting, aggregating, auditing and analyzing data from multiple internal and external sources to drive insights into business performance
  • Synthesizing complex findings into communicated action items and recommendations
  • Assisting with data integrity and data balancing of data warehouse and reporting
  • Preparing regular and ad hoc presentations to highlight financial trends, summarize business plans and communications process changes across the organization
  • Being an active participant in a fun, ambitious, and team-oriented culture


  • BA or BS required
  • 3+ years of accounting or finance experience
  • Experience building financial forecasts and budget models
  • Solid knowledge and understanding of US GAAP accounting principles
  • Advanced MS Excel skills including proficiency with Index match, data analysis, charts, V-Lookups, etc
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong balance of analytical and interpersonal skills, and must be able to effectively communicate about your work and findings in a way that’s meaningful to non-financial audiences
  • Positive can- do attitude with no fear in approaching complex problems
  • Proven track record of ability to roll- up sleeves and work collaboratively across teams
  • Strong attention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate up down and across the organization
  • Thrive on a high level of autonomy and responsibility
