As a Sales Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team. We are looking for a current student for part time work while taking classes. You will be responsible for our sales development and account based marketing efforts.


  • Bachelor’s degree or current student
  • Driven and self motivated
  • Coachable and proactive
  • Strong academic track record          
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven clear and professional communication skills, both verbally and written is required
  • Excellent problem solver
  • Excels working in a team environment
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, and attention to accuracy and a strong work ethic and team player
  • Microsoft Excel proficiency a plus
  • Salesforce CRM experience is nice to have but not required
  • Past internship or sales experience strongly preferred
  • A sense of humor


  • Prospecting new business opportunities via phone and email
  • Engaging with C-level enterprise hospital executives in a professional manner
  • Scheduling discovery demos with qualified prospects
  • Account based marketing execution
  • Marketing support including tradeshows, data mining, and other various tasks as needed
  • Assist account executives as needed.
